I assist trustees and personal representatives (executors and administrators) regarding all aspects of post-death administration, including their fiduciary responsibilities, filing deadlines, taxes, distributions to beneficiaries, dealing with real estate and creditors.  I also provide estate guidance and education to individuals/families dealing with the loss of a loved one.

I represent fiduciaries (trustees and personal representatives) or beneficiaries when any aspect of estate or trust administration is in dispute.  I handle litigation for clients who are defending the validity of a will or who are challenging the terms of a will or trust.

I provide clients assistance in representation in mediation settlement conferences.
